Hub Leather YK has a seamless return & exchange policy so that our customers shop with ease.

Return & Exchange Window:

  • Customers can return or exchange non-sale items within 05 days of receiving their order. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless damaged upon receipt). Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that the returned product has been received.
  • Refunds will cover the cost of the item only (not the original delivery charges).
  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Each custom order is specially made according to your chosen details (style, material, accessories) and cannot be resold.
  • Refunds are not available for sale items. However, exchanges are allowed on sale items.
  • Refunds are not available for installment payment orders.
  • Exchanges are allowed up to the same amount. If there is a difference, store credit will be issued.
Size Issue
  • We highly recommend checking our sizing chart before placing an order. If you face a size issue (too big or too small), please email us at support.hubleatheryk@gmail.com.
  • Our team will assist you with any confusion regarding sizes.

  • Please note: The actual product color may slightly differ due to variations in screen resolution.

RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Eligibility

An item can be exchanged or returned if:

  • It is in original condition with tags and packaging attached.
  • The fit is inaccurate (too big or too small).
  • The item was defective or damaged in transit (requires images with tags).
  • A different item was received than what was ordered (requires images with tags).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please confirm with us first.
  • ⚠️ Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

REFUND GUIDELINES

  • Returns must be initiated within 05 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be in original packaging with tags attached.
  • If damaged/defective, proof in the form of images is required.
  • No refund will be issued if the product is missing tags, packaging, or is used/worn excessively.
  • Once we receive the product at our Fulfillment Center, the inspection process will begin. Within 48 hours of receipt, we will initiate the reimbursement process. Refunds typically take 4–7 working days to appear in your original payment method.
Exchange Process

To process an exchange, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Details about the issue (fit, damage, defect, etc.)
  • 📌 Please note: If the returned item violates our guidelines, the request will not be processed.
